Du unterstützt unser Produktionsteam beim Aufbau und der Fertigung unserer elektronischen Baugruppen. Dabei arbeitest du präzise, zuverlässig und mit technischem Verständnis an Produkten, die in anspruchsvollen High-Tech-Anwendungen eingesetzt werden.

Deine Aufgaben

* Fertigung und Zusammenbau von mechanischen und elektronischen Komponenten/Baugruppen nach Plan (insbesondere Löten)

* Bestückung von Leiterplatten inklusive Vorarbeiten und Nacharbeiten (Funktionstests, etc.)

* Funktionstests von verschiedenen mechanischen und elektrischen Baugruppen

* Verpackung und Kommissionierung von diversen Komponenten

* Dokumentation der Arbeiten (z.B. Erstellung/Aktualisierung von Montageanleitungen)

* Mitarbeit bei der ständigen Verbesserung von Fertigungsabläufen (z.B. Erstellen von Fehlerberichten)

* Einbringen von Vorschlägen zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung (KVP)

Dein Profil

* eine abgeschlossene, technische Ausbildung LAP/FS (Elektromechaniker oder Elektroanlageninstallateur) oder HTL (Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik)

* Dem Aufgabengebiet entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Lernbereitschaft sowie effiziente, präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Handwerkliches Geschick, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität

* Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)

* systematische Vorgehensweise bei Problemstellungen

Das Mindestgrundgehalt (Vollzeit) gemäß Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte des Metallgewerbes beträgt EUR 2.502,07 brutto (Verwendungsgruppe II nach 4 Verwendungsgruppenjahren. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
