Arbeitszeit: Vollzeitbeschäftigung

In dieser spannenden Funktion verantworten Sie gemeinsam mit Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen den reibungslosen Fertigungsablauf und haben dabei stets die Produktionskennzahlen im Blick.

AUFGABEN:

* Termingerechte Steuerung der Fertigung inkl. Materialbereitstellung für

Eigenfertigung, Fremdfertigungsbetriebe und Tochtergesellschaften

* Koordination der Fertigungsabläufe - vom Auftragseingang bis hin zur Übergabe

an die Montage

* Planung und Organisation des Personaleinsatzes und der Kapazitätenauslastung

* Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Sicherstellung einer optimalen Ressourcennutzung und kosteneffizienten Fertigung

PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt

Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen

* Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis

* Erfahrung in der Produktionssteuerung und im Produktionsmanagement,

vorzugsweise in der Einzelfertigung im Industrieanlagenbau

* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP) und MS Office

* Hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick, analytischem Denkvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Solide Englischkenntnisse und interkulturelles Verständnis
