Deine Aufgaben:

* Einrichtung, Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsmaschinen inklusive deren regelmäßige Wartung

* Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Fertigungsprozesse unter Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung für die Qualitätssicherung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Metall- oder Holzverarbeitung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung idealerweise in der Fassaden-, Metallbau oder Holz verarbeitenden Industrie

* Kenntnisse in der Arbeitsvorbereitung von Vorteil

* Sichere Anwendung von technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln

* Hohe Präzision und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamorientierung und hohe Zuverlässigkeit mit guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
