In einem LOXONE Gebäude stimmen sich PV-Anlage, Wärmepumpe, Batteriespeicher und Jalousien laufend miteinander ab. So bleibt es im Sommer angenehm kühl und im Winter warm, und der selbst erzeugte Strom wird dort genutzt, wo er gebraucht wird. Als Produktmanager_in verantwortest du alle drei Bereiche, von der Hardware über die Software bis zur App. Dabei treibst du Innovation, Qualität und den Nutzen für unsere Kund_innen voran.

Im Rahmen deines Onboardings machen wir dich fit und unterstützen dich auf dem Weg zum Loxone Experten. Neben eLearning Kursen erhältst du in unserem dreiwöchigen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HBikkK3-AQc eine praxisnahe Ausbildung und das Wissen über das gesamte Loxone System.

Deine Aufgaben * Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Bereiche Energy, Climate & Shading * Du legst Umsatzziele für das Portfolio fest, verfolgst sie und setzt passende Maßnahmen um, damit sie erreicht werden * Du beobachtest und bewertest, wie unsere Produkte im Markt ankommen. Dafür analysierst du Feedback von Kund:innen und Produkte der Konkurrenz * Du entwickelst Strategien, die unsere Marktposition stärken und das Portfolio gezielt erweitern * Du behältst die Anforderungen von globalen Energieversorgern und Netzbetreibern im Blick und lässt sie in die Produktentwicklung einfließen * Du sorgst dafür, dass das Produktwissen in allen Abteilungen ankommt, etwa im Marketing, im Vertrieb und im technischen Support * Du findest strategische Partner und baust Kooperationen auf, zum Beispiel mit Herstellern von Wärmepumpen, Wechselrichtern, Speichern und Beschattungssystemen, mit Energieversorgern und mit Technologiepartnern * Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vice President und den Entwicklungsteams zusammen

Dein Profil * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise in den Bereichen Energie, HLK, Beschattung oder Gebäudeautomation * Technisches Verständnis, idealerweise aus der Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder Gebäudetechnik. Berufserfahrung zählt für uns mehr als eine formale technische Ausbildung * Gute Kenntnisse der Energiewirtschaft und der Anforderungen von Energieversorgern und Netzbetreibern * Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gute Organisationfähigkeit * Begeisterung für Energieeffizienz, Nachhaltigkeit und smarte Technologien * Strategisches Denken und die Stärke, Pläne auch umzusetzen * Entsprechende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
