Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung 1 Produktmanager_in für den Bereich INFUSION Als Produktmanager (m/w/d) bei Balmung Medical wirst du Teil unseres engagierten Expansions-Teams, das sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, nachhaltige Veränderungen im Gesundheitssektor herbeizuführen. Deine Mission wird es sein, den europäischen Gesundheitsmarkt durch innovative Produkte und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu prägen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios im Bereich Infusion für den europäischen

Gesundheitsmarkt

- Steuerung der Produkte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus - von Marktanalysen und Benchmarking bis zur

erfolgreichen Markteinführung

- Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Aufbau und Steuerung des Infusions-Eigenmarkensortiments

- Analyse von Markttrends, klinischen Anforderungen und Kundenbedürfnissen zur Identifikation neuer

Produktideen im Infusionsbereich

- Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Erkennung von Wachstums- und Innovationspotenzialen

im Infusionsmarkt

- Enge, interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Einkauf, Marketing und weiteren relevanten Schnittstellen

- Monitoring der Produktperformance und -qualität sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender

Infusionsproduktlinien

DEIN PROFIL

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Gesundheitswesen, Produktmanagement oder

eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in Produktmanagement im Bereich Infusion

- Fundierte Kenntnisse im strategischen Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Produktportfolios

- Kompetenz in der eigenverantwortlichen Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Sortimentsstrategien,

insbesondere für Eigenmarke

- Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift der Position entsprechend

GEHALT

Für diese Stelle wird ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestentgelt von € 80.000,- brutto pro Jahr Vollzeit (38,5h) angesetzt. Die tatsächliche Vergütung ist abhängig von Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung.
