Gestalten Sie unser Produktportfolio für Gewindeschneidplatten mit - vom Standort Reutte aus in die Welt!

* Verantwortung für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus unserer Gewindeschneidplatten im Segment Tubulars- von der Definition über die Weiterentwicklung bis hin zur Auslaufplanung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem globalen Vertriebsteam bei Produkteinführungen, Optimierungen und technischen Empfehlungen

* Zentrale Rolle zwischen Produktion, Markt und Vertriebsorganisation - mit Fokus auf die (Neu-)Entwicklung und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsfeldes

* Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Werkzeug -Portfolios - insbesondere mit Blick auf innovative Konzepte, sowie Definition technischer Inhalte und Botschaften für Kampagnen und Produktvermarktung

* Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen, Erstellung von Produkt-Roadmaps und Impulsgeber für Forschung & Entwicklung

Ihr Profil:

* Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in mit Meisterschule, HTL-Abschluss mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Kommunikativ, durchsetzungsstark, präsentationssicher und mit echter Leidenschaft für technische Produkte und deren Weiterentwicklung sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20%)

* Fundiertes Wissen in der Zerspanung, ausgeprägtes Marktverständnis im Bereich Gewindeschneidplatten von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, analytische Denkweise; Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
