* Weiterentwicklung der REFORM-Produktpalette

* Bindeglied zwischen Markt und Entwicklung

* Markt- & Wettbewerbsrecherche inkl. Teilnahme an internationalen Fachmessen

* Führende Rolle im Produktdefinitions- und Markteinführungsprozess

* Erstellung von Lastenheften und Begleiten der Entwicklungsprojekte

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Verkaufsunterlagen zur Markteinführung

* Technische Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams

* Koordination und Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und -schulungen

Was dich auszeichnet

* Abgeschlossene technische und/oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (z.B. Uni, FH, HTBLA)

* Markt- und Kundenverständnis der Kommunal- und/oder Landtechnikbranche

* Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement & Methodenkompetenz

* Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, eine zweite Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil

* Reisebereitschaft zu Kunden und Partnern

* Konzeptionelles und zielorientiertes, strukturiertes Arbeiten
