Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Produktmanager_in Software (m/w/x) - Extralogistik #yourmission

* Du verantwortest die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösungen im Bereich Extralogistik - von der ersten Beladung bis zur letzten Meile

* Du entwickelst und setzt eine klare Produktstrategie sowie eine datengetriebene Produkt-Roadmap um

* Du identifizierst Markttrends wie Demand Driven Supply Chains oder Last Mile Optimization und leitest daraus Produktinitiativen ab

* Du erhebst, strukturierst und priorisierst Business- und Systemanforderungen und übersetzt diese in Epics, Features und User Stories

* Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Business und Entwicklung und moderierst zwischen fachlichen Anforderungen und technischer Umsetzung

* Du verantwortest Release-Inhalte, Time-to-Market und Qualität entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus

* Du stehst im direkten Austausch mit Kunden, begleitest Pilotprojekte und Rollouts und stellst eine hohe Kundenzentrierung sicher

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management

* Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Extralogistik bzw. operative Transportlogistik mit

* Du verfügst über Know-how in End-to-End Logistikprozessen, insbesondere in der Planung und Steuerung von Zustellprozessen und der letzten Meile

* Du hast Erfahrung mit SaaS-Lösungen und Cloud-Architekturen

* Idealerweise hast du bereits im Umfeld E-Commerce, eGrocery oder Omnichannel gearbeitet

* Du überzeugst durch analytisches Denken, strukturiertes Arbeiten und hohe Eigenverantwortung

* Du bist stark in der Kommunikation und Moderation von Schnittstellen

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Für Kunden wie SPAR, REWE, Kroger oder Woolworths entwickeln wir innovative, maßgeschneiderte Automatisierungskonzepte für den stationären und den Online-Lebensmittelhandel. Dieser Job bietet die Möglichkeit, sich proaktiv in einem hoch motivierten Team einbringen und gestalten zu können und Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Bei uns hängt dein Gehalt von deiner beruflichen Vorerfahrung, deinem Können und deinem Engagement ab. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt bei brutto EUR 3.900,- pro Monat (38,5 Wochenstunden / KV für Metallgewerbe).
