Ihre Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit an Strategie, Positionierung und Weiterentwicklung der zentrak Infrastruktur Monitoring Software für Eisenbahninfrastrukturbetreiber:innen * Erhebung, Priorisierung und Spezifikation von Produktanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen, Markt und internen Fachbereichen * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Produkt-Roadmap unter Berücksichtigung von Kund:innennutzen, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Risiken und technischen Abhängigkeiten * Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Data Science, UX und weiteren Fachbereichen zur Umsetzung sicherer, skalierbarer und interoperabler Produktfunktionen * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer und normativer Anforderungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Eisenbahnbetrieb, RAMS, Cybersecurity, Datenschutz und KI * Unterstützung bei Business Cases, Geschäftsmodellen, Ausschreibungen und Angebotsunterlagen * Begleitung von Pilotierungen, Releases und Markteinführungen sowie Analyse von Feedback und Produkt-KPIs zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement für B2B-Software oder digitale Lösungen, idealerweise im Eisenbahn-, Asset-Management- oder Industrieumfeld * Gutes Verständnis der Anforderungen von Eisenbahninfrastrukturbetreiber:innen sowie Interesse an Bahn-, Instandhaltungs- und Digitalisierungsthemen * Erfahrung in Anforderungsmanagement, Produkt-Roadmaps, Business Cases sowie bei Releases und Markteinführungen * Technisches Verständnis für Softwarearchitekturen, Datenplattformen, Schnittstellen, Cloud-/On-Premises-Lösungen, Cybersecurity und KI-basierte Anwendungen * Grundkenntnisse relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen im Eisenbahnumfeld sowie Bereitschaft zur Vertiefung in RAMS, Datenschutz und Cybersecurity * Analytische, strukturierte und kund:innenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen (C1/C2-Niveau)

Vergütung

Entgelt und Benefits: Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diesen Arbeitsplatz beträgt € 4.445,95 brutto (14 mal p.a.). Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig.
