Een veelzijdige functie voor professionals die energie krijgen van het ondersteunen van huurders, het verbinden van verschillende belangen en het bijdragen aan goed wonen voor iedereen. Je komt rechtstreeks in dienst bij Nieuw Elan en krijgt veel ruimte om op jouw eigen manier invulling te geven aan deze betekenisvolle rol. Je bent er voor huurders op momenten die ertoe doen. Je ondersteunt huurders en bewonerscommissies, signaleert wat er speelt en denkt mee over vraagstukken rondom wonen en leefbaarheid. Geen dag is hetzelfde: van een gesprek aan de keukentafel bij de huurder tot het schrijven van een advies of het behartigen van huurdersbelangen bij belangrijke besluitvorming. Vanuit een onafhankelijke positie draag je bij aan de samenwerking tussen huurders, woningcorporaties en gemeenten en lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan de volkshuisvesting in Friesland. Over de organisatie Nieuw Elan is de belangenbehartiger van ruim 12.500 huurders in Friesland. Wij zetten ons dagelijks in voor betaalbaar wonen, leefbare wijken en een sterke stem voor huurders. Dat doen we in samenwerking met woningcorporaties, gemeenten en andere betrokken partijen. Als kleine en betrokken organisatie werken we zelfstandig, dichtbij huurders en met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en samenwerking.
