Dan zoeken we jou. Wat ga je doen? We zorgen voor een goede start, met ruimte om Ortec Finance, onze software en je collega's te leren kennen. Daarna ga je aan de slag bij een woningcorporatie, bijvoorbeeld als portefeuillemanager, assetmanager of kwartiermaker. Je spart regelmatig met interim-collega's. Je hoeft niet elke dag bij de klant te zijn: we werken hybride, met oog voor een gezonde werk/privébalans. Uniek in onze werkwijze: op vrijdag ben je niet declarabel. Die tijd gebruik je voor verdieping, ontmoeting en innovatie. Voorbeelden van werkzaamheden: - Je vertaalt de portefeuillestrategie naar strategielabels en neemt de organisatie daar in mee. - Je analyseert en adviseert over een lastig project (sloop-nieuwbouw of toch renoveren?)) en bespreekt dit in het MT. - Je beoordeelt de prestatie van meerdere complexen in samenhang en bedenkt hoe je de maatschappelijke prestatie of de exploitatie kunt verbeteren. - Je denkt mee over het investeringsstatuut en hoe tot betere investeringsbeslissingen kan worden gekomen. - Je ziet quick wins om de vastgoedsturing te verbeteren op een wijze die past bij de organisatie. - Je werkt met Ortec Finance collega's aan een project om te kijken hoe we AI beter kunnen inzetten en welke kansen dat ons biedt.
