Rengineers heeft zo'n 860 windturbines in onderhoud. Deze draaien dag in, dag uit, door weer en wind. Jij gaat er voor zorgen dat de rotorbladen piekfijn in orde zijn, zodat de windturbines optimaal kunnen blijven draaien! Help jij ons deze windturbines te onderhouden? - Fulltime, Parttime - MBO Wat ga je doen? Als bladmonteur in onze werkplaats werk je dagelijks samen met een team van vaste collega's aan het herstellen en verbeteren van rotorbladen. Samen beheren jullie de planning, beoordelen jullie de schade en maken jullie een realistisch en veilig plan van aanpak voor elke nieuwe set die klaarligt. Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren collega die zijn kennis en expertise graag met je deelt. Jij bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen in het vak, zodat jullie samen steeds beter en efficiënter worden. Zo groeien jullie niet alleen als duo, maar ook als professionals binnen Rengineers. 07.15 Goedemorgen! Eerst even lekker een bakkie koffie in de kantine. 07.30 Tijd om te starten. Je werkt samen aan een set rotorbladen die fiks beschadigd zijn! 09.30 Na controle van de beschadiging maak je samen een plan en een realistische tijdsplanning van 2 weken. 12.30 Tijd voor pauze! 13.00 Je start met het schuren van een rotorblad, samen met je collega werk je naar het juiste punt toe! 16.30 Dan zit de werkdag er al weer op! Je kijkt nu al uit naar de volgende dag! Wat vragen wij?
