Oosterlengte is volop in beweging. Samen bouwen we aan een zorginstelling die klaar is voor de toekomst. We zoeken een nieuwsgierige, strategisch sterke toezichthouder met de kennis en ervaring die passen bij de rol van voorzitter van de Auditcommissie van een organisatie in de verpleegzorg. Per 1 januari 2027 ontstaat een vacature voor lid Raad van Toezicht, die tevens voorzitter is van de Auditcommissie. Voor de functie gelden een aantal algemene en een aantal specifieke eisen. Algemene profielkenmerken - Affiniteit met de zorg in het algemeen en de doelstelling van Oosterlengte in het bijzonder; - Ervaring in een toezichthoudende functie; - Een brede maatschappelijke binding en een functioneel netwerk; - Bekend met de onderwerpen van corporate governance; - Affiniteit en bekendheid met het werkgebied van Oosterlengte, Oost-Groningen; bij voorkeur woonachtig in of nabij het werkgebied; - Academisch werk- en denkniveau; - Functioneert goed in teamverband en is positief kritisch ten opzichte van andere RvT-leden en de bestuurder; - Integriteit, empathisch vermogen en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; Voldoende tijd en energie; - Onderschrijft de Governancecode Zorg en alle andere eisen die vanuit de wet en normen van goed bestuur en toezicht gelden. Profielkenmerken Lid Raad van Toezicht, financieel profiel - Diepgaande kennis op financieel, economisch en bedrijfskundig gebied; - In staat om de relatie en samenhang tussen de financiële ontwikkeling van de organisatie en de maatschappelijke ontwikkeling van de organisatie te duiden; - Affiniteit met actuele systemen voor risicobeheersing en controle en goed thuis in onderwerpen als planning & control en bestuurlijke informatievoorziening; - Aanspreekbaar en toegankelijk zijn en een adviseur kunnen zijn...
