Profil Operator- 2 PL of Nacht/2 Shifts or Night

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een klant van ons, producent van metalen dakelementen en sandwichpanelen zijn wij op zoek naar een machineoperator.

Als operator aan de profileerlijn zorg je zowel voor aan- en afvoer, maar stel je de machine ook in zodat de producten correct geproduceerd worden

TAKENPAKKET:

  • Je maakt de nodige registraties in MII/SAP. Je vraagt de bestelling op in MII en stuurt de gewenste aantallen en lengtes naar de machine. Je doet de voorgeschreven metingen en vergelijkt deze met de toleranties. Je regelt bij waar nodig.
  • Je verpakt het eindproduct volgens de verpakkingsinstructies.
  • Je bevestigt in MII wat je gemaakt hebt.
  • Je voert de afgewerkte producten af via de rolbrug of heftruck. Hierbij doe je de nodige registraties d.m.v. scanning.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je weet hoe je een heftruck moet besturen.
  • Als je een heftruckattest kunt voorleggen, heb je een streepje voor!
  • Ook ervaring met een rolbrug is meegenomen
  • Je werkt altijd op een veilige manier en hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig maar je bent ook een echte teamplayer!
  • je staat open voor opleiding in 2 ploegen
