Zeven sectoren liggen aan de kern van ons bestaan: water, energie, mobiliteit, telecom, landschap, recycling en sleufloze technieken. Deze activiteiten voeren we uit met meer dan 2.600 medewerkers binnen BENELUX en Duitsland.

Binnen Energieaanleg werken verschillende business units en operationele teams samen aan de realisatie van grootschalige infrastructuurprojecten. Om deze activiteiten op programmaniveau verder te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Program Director. In deze rol neem je de regie op en vorm je het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever. Je bewaakt de voortgang, prestaties, financiële resultaten en risico’s en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen de verschillende betrokken business units. Je opereert op strategisch en tactisch niveau en zorgt ervoor dat beslissingen over de verschillende entiteiten en teams heen worden afgestemd. Je stuurt niet rechtstreeks de operationele productie aan, maar bewaakt het geheel, identificeert afwijkingen en zorgt dat de juiste acties worden genomen.

  • Hoofdcontactpersoon voor de opdrachtgever en uitbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties.
  • Klantverwachtingen vertalen naar interne doelstellingen.
  • Leiden van program reviews en opvolgen van contractuele en strategische dossiers.
  • Globale voortgang van het fiberprogramma bewaken.
  • Afstemming en samenwerking tussen de verschillende business units coördineren.
  • Programmarisico’s identificeren en beheersen.
  • KPI’s en SLA’s monitoren, analyseren en rapporteren.
  • Afwijkingen detecteren en verbetertrajecten initiëren.
  • Rapporteren aan directie en opdrachtgever.
  • Programmabudget en financiële prestaties bewaken.
  • Kosten, opbrengsten, marges en financiële risico’s opvolgen.
  • Afwijkingen analyseren en corrigerende acties opvolgen.
  • Eerste escalatieniveau voor programmaoverschrijdende issues.
  • Kritieke dossiers escaleren naar directie of opdrachtgever.
  • Besluitvorming faciliteren en opvolgen.
  • Ervaring in een programmatische of multidisciplinaire projectomgeving.
  • Sterke ervaring in stakeholder- en klantenmanagement.
  • Ervaring met KPI-, budget-, contract- en rentabiliteitsopvolging.
  • In staat om verschillende business units en stakeholders rond gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen te aligneren.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een goed financieel inzicht.
  • Ervaring met escalatiemanagement en besluitvorming op managementniveau.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en voldoende maturiteit om op directieniveau met klanten en interne stakeholders te schakelen.
  • Strategisch en resultaatgericht, met tegelijk voldoende voeling met de operationele realiteit.
  • Ervaring binnen infrastructuur, telecom, fiber of een vergelijkbare projectomgeving is een sterke troef.
