Als Program Manager ben je de drijvende kracht achter vernieuwende programma's binnen de defensietechnologie. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten vlekkeloos, binnen budget en op tijd verlopen. Je taken omvatten:

  • Projectplanning & -beheer: Ontwerpen en opvolgen van globale projectplannen waarbij scope, timing en budget nauw worden afgestemd met sales, operations, engineering en purchasing.
  • Klantcontact: Fungeren als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en hen begeleiden doorheen het volledige traject.
  • Teamsturing: Bouwen, coachen en aansturen van een sterk projectteam om excellent werk te leveren.
  • Business development: Kansen spotten op zowel technisch als commercieel vlak om groei te stimuleren.
  • Contractbeheer & Kwaliteit: Waken over het naleven van contractuele afspraken, specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen, en risico's proactief aanpakken.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Het programma intern en extern vertegenwoordigen met heldere communicatie op alle niveaus.
  • Opleiding: Een hogere technische/ingenieursopleiding (Higher engineering education).
  • Ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur in een internationale context. Ervaring binnen defensie, projecten of kennis van optische systemen is een sterke plus.
  • Talen & Skills: Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en overtuigingskracht in het Engels en Frans.
  • Mobiliteit: Bereidheid om op regelmatige basis te reizen en in het buitenland te verblijven wanneer het programma dit vereist.
