Working with sales teams, executives, product leaders, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders, this role translates customer priorities and account objectives into focused briefing experiences that support business outcomes. The BPM connects discussions across NetApp's storage, hybrid cloud, AI, data management, data protection, and broader portfolio into a cohesive customer story. The role requires technical credibility, executive presence, consultative questioning, active listening, and the ability to simplify complex topics through presentation and whiteboarding. This is an active facilitation role, not solely logistics coordination. Responsibilities • Lead planning, technical preparation, delivery, and follow-up for executive briefings.
