Hoogtechnologische ICT-systemen zorgen voor meer efficiëntie in de belangrijke sociale verantwoordelijkheidsdomeinen van onze klanten zoals werk, gezin en gezondheid. Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook.

Jobomschrijving

Als Program Manager Data speel je een sleutelrol bij de uitvoering van de datastrategie. In dit kader ben je verantwoordelijk voor de algemene aansturing van het dataprogramma. Je rapporteert aan de Chief Data Officer (CDO).

Concrete taken:

• Je zorgt ervoor dat de strategische en operationele doelstellingen correct worden vertaald naar de jaarlijkse projectroadmap, in samenwerking met de Data Solution Managers en hun BI- en AI-teams. • Je stuurt het dataprogramma aan (projectportfolio, afhankelijkheden, prioriteiten, risico’s) in samenwerking met de projectleiders. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de methodologie van de projectlevenscyclus (Agile/Scrum) en draagt bij aan de groei van de teams. • Je rapporteert de prestaties van de Scrum-teams en volgt de uitvoering van de data-roadmap op. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de capacity planning en staat in voor de budgettaire opvolging via een maandelijkse rapportering. • Je ondersteunt de CDO bij strategische prioriteiten of transversale dossiers (op het gebied van regelgeving, organisatie en transformatie) en bij de coördinatie van complexe materies waarbij meerdere interne en externe stakeholders betrokken zijn (Health Data Agency, InterMutualistisch Agentschap...). • Je stuurt bepaalde dossiers aan, zoals de evaluatie van de datamaturiteit van de organisatie of de implementatie van een actieplan voor de gebruikersacceptatie van analytische oplossingen door interne klanten. • Je ondersteunt de Data Governance-teams bij het opstellen en implementeren van de Policies & Standards data.

Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de Informatica of Economie of hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het beheer van complexe dataprogramma’s of -projecten en aantoonbare ervaring in data governance.

Je beschikt over een gedegen kennis van Agile/Scrum-frameworks, principes van datagovernance en sturing via KPI's. Daarnaast heb je een goed inzicht in BI-omgevingen, dataplatforms en architecturale uitdagingen.

Kennis van Microsoft BI / Azure en de basisprincipes van datamodellering is een pluspunt. Je beheerst MS Office en MS Project.

Met je strategische en operationele profiel ben je dankzij je uitstekende organisatorische, analytische en besluitvormingsvaardigheden in staat om in een transversale en complexe omgeving processen te structureren, prioriteiten te stellen en resultaten te boeken.

Je communiceert vlot en geeft blijk van een teamgeest, transversaal leiderschap en een gevoel voor openbare dienstverlening.

Je bent stressbestendig, pragmatisch en resultaatgericht.

Je bent van nature nieuwsgierig, open en leert voortdurend bij.

Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en het Nederlands.
