Over de functie Als organisatie- en programma-adviseur ondersteun je de realisatie van de nieuwe bibliotheek Hilversum. Je brengt het ontwikkelde concept en programma in kaart, toetst financiële ramingen en adviseert over organisatorische vernieuwing, inrichting, communicatie en samenwerking met partners. Je werkt samen met een financieel-bouwkundig adviseur en rapporteert aan het college, directie en Raad van Toezicht van de bibliotheek. Wat je gaat doen - In kaart brengen van het ontwikkelde concept en programma van de nieuwe bibliotheek en adviseren over aanvullingen. - Toetsen van financiële ramingen in de exploitatiebegroting op inhoudelijke en organisatorische haalbaarheid en adviseren hierover. - In kaart brengen van de vernieuwing van organisatie en werkprocessen en adviseren over aansluiting op de nieuwe werkwijze. - Toetsen of de inrichting en inventaris bijdragen aan de brede bibliotheekfunctie en adviseren hierover. - Adviseren over afstemming en communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders. - Meedenken over de logistiek van de verhuizing en ingebruikname van de nieuwe locatie. - Toetsen van beleid en inzet van fondsenwerving en adviseren over mogelijkheden. - Adviseren en rapporteren aan het college, directie en Raad van Toezicht. Functie-eisen - Aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minimaal wo bachelor niveau. - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 10 jaar als manager, directeur, programmamanager of strategisch adviseur binnen een culturele of maatschappelijke organisatie. - Aantoonbare werkervaring met organisatieontwikkeling, organisatieverandering of een transformatiet...
