Ter uitbreiding van ons team zoeken wij een Programma Manager die rust brengt in complexiteit en resultaat boekt door verbinding. Wat ga je doen als Programma Manager bij Handpicked? Steeds meer van onze klanten werken samen met meerdere agencies binnen de Handpicked groep. Als Programma Manager ben jij de regisseur die de synergie tussen deze agencies organiseert en zorgt voor een efficiënte en effectieve samenwerking. Je versterkt de klantrelatie door consistentie, continuïteit en heldere communicatie. Hiermee draag je direct bij aan de klanttevredenheid, alignment binnen de teams en het realiseren van de commerciële en digitale doelen. Jouw voornaamste werkzaamheden zijn: - Bewaken van koers & voortgang: Je houdt overzicht over doelen, planning en samenwerking over meerdere projecten en agencies heen. - Integrale regie: Je stelt het integrale plan op (inclusief roadmap, fasering en prioritering) en bewaakt dit nauwgezet. - Resource management: Je signaleert tijdig capaciteitsconflicten en onderlinge afhankelijkheden. - Kaderbewaking: Je beheert scope, planning en budget en escaleert tijdig en constructief bij risico's. - Structuur & Besluitvorming: Je zet vaste overlegstructuren op en zorgt voor een duidelijk besluitvormingsproces binnen de programma's.
