Voor de Gemeente Schiedam is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Programmagerichte (senior) projectleider Openbare Ruimte voor 24 tot 36 uur per week

Doel van de functie De (senior) projectleider is verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en oplevering van projecten in de openbare ruimte. De (senior) projectleider zorgt ervoor dat de projecten niet alleen binnen de kaders van tijd, geld, kwaliteit en risico worden gerealiseerd, maar ook aantoonbaar bijdragen aan de programmadoelen van het Nationaal Programma Nieuwland Oost (NPNO). Het NPNO is onderdeel van het Nationaal Programma Leefbaarheid en Veiligheid. De (senior) projectleider verbindt fysieke ingrepen met maatschappelijke opgaven en organiseert een integrale samenwerking tussen gemeente, bewoners en partners. De (senior) projectleider geeft hiermee concreet uitvoering aan de 29 projecten uit het Toekomstperspectief Schiedam-Oost (visie, projectenboek en roadmap) en aan de bestuurlijke afspraken NPLV Schiedam Nieuwland & Oost (24 juni 2025) is sterk in verschillende vormen van participatie en kan snel schakelen om tot resultaten te komen.

Resultaatgebieden 1. Projectrealisatie

• Leidt projecten in de buitenruimte van initiatief tot en met nazorg; • Stuurt op planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico's; • Zorgt voor door de omgeving gedragen ontwerpen van buitenruimteplannen; • Zorgt voor bestuurlijk goed onderbouwde besluitvorming; • Draagt zorg voor een goede overdracht naar beheer; • Geeft uitvoering aan de projecten uit het Toekomstperspectief Schiedam-Oost (visie, projectenboek en roadmap) en aan de bestuurlijke afspraken NPLV Schiedam Nieuwland & Oost; • Zorgt voor Correcte verantwoording van de Rijksmiddelen (Realisatiestimulans, ORV-opslag en Gebiedsbudget) conform de bestuurlijke afspraken NPLV Schiedam Nieuwland & Oost.
