Je brengt bestuur, organisatie en partners bij elkaar, bewaakt de samenhang en stuurt bij waar nodig. Zo zorg je dat de verschillende deelprogramma's en projecten vanuit één duidelijke koers worden uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen? Als Programmamanager Weerbaarheid geef je richting aan een belangrijk programma binnen Veiligheids- en Gezondheidsregio Gelderland-Midden. Je bepaalt samen met het programmateam en de stuurgroep de strategische koers, houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat de drie deelprogramma's, opgaven en projecten goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je volgt landelijke ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar de koers van het programma, met oog voor de bestuurlijke context en besluitvorming. Vanuit die brede blik adviseer je de stuurgroep en directie over ontwikkelingen, de koers en de voortgang. Je vertaalt de strategische koers naar concrete en uitvoerbare opgaven, activiteiten en uitvoeringsplannen per fase. Daarbij houd je grip op planning, capaciteit, budget, risico's en resultaten. Je signaleert knelpunten op tijd en stuurt bij wanneer ambities niet passen binnen de beschikbare tijd, capaciteit of middelen. Je bent de verbindende schakel binnen het programma. Je brengt de deelprogramma's, het programmateam, de stuurgroep, het bestuur en externe partners bij elkaar en zorgt voor samenhang en voortgang. Je organiseert en leidt overleggen en houdt de verschillende partijen verbonden. Daarnaast geef je richting aan de communicatiestrategie en positionering van het programma en ben je inhoudelijk en strategisch verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie over Weerbaarheid.
