Wat ga je doen? Als programmamanager HALOO geef je richting aan een organisatiebreed verandertraject op het gebied van opleiden, leren en ontwikkelen binnen GGD Haaglanden. GGD Haaglanden werkt dagelijks aan de volksgezondheid voor ruim een miljoen inwoners en is erkend opleidingsinstituut voor zorgprofessionals. Met HALOO, Haags Leren, Opleiden & Ontwikkelen, bouwen we aan één herkenbare plek en werkwijze voor opleiden, leren en ontwikkelen. Je maakt deel uit van de stafafdeling Coördinatie & Projecten en werkt voor dit programma in opdracht van de directie. Je schakelt soepel tussen strategie en uitvoering, neemt medische professionals en andere collega's mee in de verandering en brengt plannen en besluiten in beweging. Je bouwt het HALOO-team op, bestaande uit een projectondersteuner, opleidingscoördinator en een stafadviseur leren en ontwikkelen. Je brengt structuur aan en zorgt dat er over twee jaar een stevige basis staat: een werkend programmaplan, duidelijke governance, samenhang tussen opleiden en leren & ontwikkelen, herkenbare dienstverlening en concrete resultaten die door de organisatie worden gebruikt. In de uitvoering werk je nauw samen met managers, inhoudelijke experts en collega's uit verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het vertalen van de ambitie naar een helder programmaplan met governance, mandaat en financiering; - het opbouwen van het HALOO-team en zorgen voor duidelijke rollen, taken en samenwerking; - het realiseren van de deelprojecten uit het directieadvies Wij zijn een opleider; - het verbinden van de sporen Opleiden en Leren & Ontwikkele...
