Dit doe je door middel van verbinding, innovatie en dienstverlening. Ben jij een netwerker, met een scherp oog voor kansen en bezit je politieke sensitiviteit om je team voor te gaan bij deze klus? Samen met de huidige programmamanager Brabant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing, coördinatie en ontwikkeling van Cubiss Brabant. Je werkt hierbij intensief samen met je collega programmamanager Cubiss Brabant, je team en de Brabantse Bibliotheken/Multifunctionele organisaties (MFO's). Je hebt daarbij de volgende taakgebieden: Coachend teamleider Je geeft coachend leiding aan je team en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van individuele medewerkers én het gehele team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voeren van de gesprekken met betrekking tot functioneren, voortgang en verzuim en je stimuleert de persoonlijke en professionele groei van medewerkers. Je zet een stip op de horizon en neemt anderen daarin mee. Je begeleidt de teamleden in hun veranderende rol: van alleen de adviserende expert rol naar ook de rol van bijvoorbeeld procesregisseur. Netwerksamenwerking en verbinding Als echter verbinder bouw je aan een duurzaam netwerk met de 16 Brabantse bibliotheken/MFO's en haalt actief hun behoeften op om te bouwen aan innovatie en maatschappelijke impact. Hierbij worden moeiteloos bruggen geslagen binnen én buiten de organisatie.
