Noord-Holland Programmamanager werkgeversaanpak SBaB Functie omschrijving Functietitel Programmamanager werkgeversaanpak Opdracht De programmamanager neemt de nieuw ingerichte werkgeversaanpak binnen de programmalijn Spreiden en Mijden over, houdt deze draaiende en zorgt dat gebiedsaanpakken, projecten en werkgeversinterventies samen bijdragen aan de regionale mobiliteitsdoelen. De rol vereist integrale afstemming met andere SBaB-aanpakken, sterkere regie en sturing vanuit SBaB, datagedreven werken en een structureel lerend vermogen. Wat het programma onderweg leert, moet meteen in de aanpak terugkomen. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden - Bepalen en bewaken van de strategische koers van het programma. - Zorgen dat projecten, gebiedsaanpakken en werkgeversinitiatieven op elkaar aansluiten, met werkgevers als partner. - Aansturen en begeleiden van projectmanagers en andere teamleden. - Onderhouden van relaties met werkgevers, SBaB-partners, opdrachtgevers en stakeholders en draagvlak organiseren. Taken en werkzaamheden - Opstellen van programmaplannen en realiseren van gedeelde prioriteiten. - Afstemming creëren tussen interne en externe partners (gemeenten, provincies en regionale organisaties). - Begeleiden en motiveren van teamleden, met aandacht voor ontwikkeling en werksfeer. - Vertalen van prioriteiten naar inzet van teamleden van de werkgeversaanpak en regelmatig rapporteren naar de programmaregisseurs Spreiden en Mijden en het Bestuurlijk overleg. - Monitoren van voortgang en bijsturen op programmadoelen. - Signaleren van kansen, ontwikkelingen en risico's binnen het programma. Benodigde kennis en ervaring - Opleiding: Wo- of hbo werk- en denkniveau, aantoonbaar. - Ervaring met programmamanagement of aansturing van meerdere projecten en een multidisciplinair team. - Ervaring met werken in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving. - Ervaring met het opzetten of herinrichten van een organisatie; de rol neemt een net ontworpen wer...
