BMC heeft daarom besloten om een ontwikkeltraject programmamanagement en opgavegericht samenwerken aan te bieden. Hiervoor zijn we op zoek naar getalenteerde en ondernemende professionals. Ben jij geïnteresseerd om je te specialiseren in de organisatie en de realisatie van oplossingen die écht impact hebben op onze samenleving? Ons doel is om de leiders van morgen te vormen, die in staat zijn om impactvolle aanpakken vorm te geven voor de maatschappelijke opgaven van vandaag en morgen. Het ontwikkeltraject Het ontwikkeltraject start per oktober 2026. Eerder in dienst treden bij BMC (direct met een vast dienstverband) is mogelijk. Het programma duurt één jaar waarbij je een lerend netwerk vormt, gaat ondernemen, met ervaren adviseurs en trainers ontwikkel jij jouw expertise als programmamanager en voer je één of meer uitdagende opdracht(en) uit bij een van onze opdrachtgevers. Tijdens het ontwikkeltraject bij BMC ga je aan de slag met urgente en complexe maatschappelijke vraagstukken, bij onze opdrachtgevers. Dit is niet makkelijk en vraagt wat van jouw persoonlijk leiderschap. Je krijgt de kans om te werken aan uitdagende (projecten binnen) programma's in de publieke sector en/of zorglandschap en draagt bij aan de verbetering van onze samenleving. Dit ontwikkeltraject...
