Opdrachtomschrijving Gemeente Gooise Meren is bezig met de realisatie van de Digitale Werkplek, een meerjarig programma gericht op de invoering van een moderne Microsoft 365-werkplek. Het programma bestaat uit meerdere samenhangende projecten die gezamenlijk moeten leiden tot een toekomstbestendige, veilige en gebruiksvriendelijke digitale werkomgeving voor circa 450 - 700 medewerkers (incl. externe inhuur). De beoogde afronding van het programma is medio 2027. Voor de aansturing van dit programma zoeken wij een ervaren Programmamanager Digitale Werkplek die verantwoordelijk is voor de integrale coördinatie, sturing en realisatie van de verschillende deelprojecten. De programmamanager stuurt het programma Digitale Werkplek aan en bewaakt de samenhang tussen de verschillende deelprojecten. De programmamanager is verantwoordelijk voor planning, voortgang, risico-, kwaliteits- en budgetbewaking van het programma. De programmamanager zorgt voor bestuurlijke en ambtelijke afstemming met management, proceseigenaren, informatiemanagers en leveranciers. Daarnaast adviseert de programmamanager over de verdere ontwikkeling van de Microsoft 365-werkplek binnen de kaders van de informatievoorzieningsstrategie van Gooise Meren. De programmamanager stuurt onder meer de volgende deelprojecten aan: Implementatie Digitale Werkplek (Microsoft 365); RBAC/RBUM en identity & access management; Inrichting governance Microsoft 365; Modern device management (Intune); Werkplek- en applicatiemigraties; ...
