Wil jij duurzaamheid binnen een organisatie niet alleen op de agenda zetten, maar ook daadwerkelijk realiseren? Als programmamanager duurzaamheid krijg je de kans om richting te geven aan de uitvoering van ons duurzaamheidsbeleid en een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de energietransitie. Jouw werkzaamheden als programmamanager duurzaamheid In maart 2026 heeft Cogas haar duurzaamheidsbeleid vastgesteld. Daarmee zetten we een belangrijke stap van losse initiatieven naar een organisatie brede aanpak waarin duurzaamheid structureel wordt verankerd. Nu begint de volgende fase: zorgen dat ambities leiden tot concrete acties en zichtbare resultaten. Daar speel jij een sleutelrol in. Als programmamanager duurzaamheid zorg je ervoor dat duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen worden vertaald naar de praktijk. Je brengt structuur aan, verbindt collega's en zorgt dat afdelingen samen werken aan dezelfde ambitie. Zo zou jouw werkdag eruit kunnen zien: je start met collega's van verschillende afdelingen om de voortgang van duurzaamheidsinitiatieven te bespreken. Vervolgens werk je aan een dashboard of rapportage waarmee je resultaten, zoals CO₂-reductie, inzichtelijk maakt. Later op de dag spar je met managers over duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen of vertegenwoordig je Cogas in een overleg met andere netbeheerders.
