Programmamanager Organisatieontwikkeling Hedel Over de functie ft 32959 Je werkt aan een organisatieontwikkeltraject met impact op de hele gemeentelijke organisatie. Je schakelt op strategisch en tactisch niveau, denkt mee over richting en aanpak en helpt plannen om te zetten in concrete resultaten. Daarbij ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor de gemeentesecretaris en het management. Je verbindt belangen, brengt structuur aan en ondersteunt de voortgang van het traject. Wat ga je doen - Je stelt een integraal programma voor organisatieontwikkeling op en levert dit op, inclusief planning, governance, risicoanalyse, mijlpalen en implementatieaanpak. - Je adviseert en begeleidt de gemeentesecretaris en het MT bij strategische vraagstukken rondom organisatieontwikkeling, inrichting en personele zaken. - Je stelt besluitvormingsdocumenten op, waaronder MT-voorstellen, collegevoorstellen, bestuursadviezen en overige onderbouwde adviesstukken. - Je bereidt het overleg met de Ondernemingsraad voor, begeleidt dit en legt het vast, inclusief advies- en instemmingsaanvragen. - Je treedt op als secretaris van het klankbordoverleg van de gemeentesecretaris en het MT over de organisatieontwikkeling. - Je werkt een samenhangende aanpak uit voor communicatie en participatie, inclusief communicatiemiddelen, medewerkersbijeenkomsten en implementatieondersteuning. - Je stelt periodieke voortgangsrapportages op waarin status, risico's, afhankelijkheden en vervolgstappen inzichtelijk worden gemaakt. - Je adviseert over de transitie van de BVEB naar een centrumregeling en over de organisatorische en personele inbedding van overkomende functies. - Je ondersteunt de gemeentesecretaris in het opdrachtgeversoverleg met de BVEB. - Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen de verschillende organisatieontwikkelingsopgaven en zorgt dat trajecten integraal worden uitgewerkt en geïmplementeerd.
