Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden - Aantoonbare ervaring als programmamanager/portfoliomanager in financiële dienstverlening of pensioenen. - Kennis van pensioengovernance, wet- en regelgeving en control frameworks. - Sterk in stakeholdermanagement, communicatie, besluitvorming en verandermanagement. - Ervaring met rapportage, KPI's, risicobeheersing en afhankelijkheden in complexe omgevingen.
