In de functie van programmamanager wonen werk je aan de toekomst van een snelgroeiende regio, samen met gemeenten, corporaties en overheden. Wie is Regio Midden-Holland? De Regio Midden-Holland is een samenwerking van de gemeenten Bodegraven-Reeuwijk, Krimpenerwaard, Gouda, Waddinxveen en Zuidplas en andere partijen (onderwijs, bedrijfsleven, andere overheden en kennisinstituten). Gezamenlijk werken wij aan de regionale ambities en speerpunten. Dat doen we op de volgende bestuurlijke tafels: Dit ga je doen als Programmamanager Wonen bij Regio Midden Holland: Als programmamanager wonen faciliteer je de samenwerking en de samenhangende vraagstukken (zoals ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen, zorg en duurzaamheid). Als spin in het web verbind je partijen en behartig je de belangen van de samenwerkende gemeenten. Je weet tegengestelde belangen tot een gezamenlijk geheel te maken. Je signaleert als netwerker nieuwe kansen en weet die te benutten. Je stuurt op de processen en komt op voor de belangen van de gemeenten en hun opgaven. In deze rol ga je onder andere: - Bevorderen van commitment bij het opstellen van een kwalitatieve en toekomstbestendige woonagenda voor een goed functionerende woningmarkt - Verbinden van woningbouw met o.a. duurzaamheid, energie en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling, infrastructuur - Coördineren van samenwerking met gemeenten, provincie, rijksoverheid, corporaties en zorgpartijen en zicht hebben op hun politiek-bestuurlijke processen.
