Via YAR Vlaanderen krijgen jongeren met complexe problemen hun leven weer op de rails. Dankzij de ondersteuning van vaste en vrijwillige medewerkers en een netwerk van partnerorganisaties. Voor het programma YAR Wonen Antwerpen zoeken we een programmamanager die zijn schouders zet onder onze werking. Jij?

Je rol

Leider – Je beheert het YAR Wonen-programma volgens de visie eigen aan YAR. Die stelt persoonlijke

ontwikkeling voorop, betrekt de samenleving bij de zorg, en draait rond hoekstenen als keuze en

verantwoordelijkheid. Je treedt op als coach, trainer en mentor voor een team van vrijwillige

medewerkers die de jongeren coachen en ondersteunen. Voor beide groepen ben je het

aanspreekpunt.

Organisator – Je zorgt dat het programma in jouw regio soepel verloopt en goede resultaten behaalt.

Ambassadeur – Je bouwt ons netwerk uit met relevante partners en organisaties, en je brengt ons

verhaal enthousiast naar buiten.

  • Jongeren verdienen een tweede kans & alleen wonen doen we samen – onze motto’s waarmee jij het volmondig eens bent.
  • Je hebt prima organisatieskills en communiceert vlot met alle betrokkenen: van jongeren en collega’s tot vrijwillige medewerkers en partnerorganisaties.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en sociaal geëngageerd met een hart voor jongeren.
  • Voor een 9-tot-5-baan pas je. Ook ‘s avonds en in het weekend geef jij het beste van jezelf (als dat nodig is).
  • Uitdagingen zijn groeikansen. Die grijp jij met beide handen, want je gelooft in zelfsturing en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel in stressvolle omstandigheden, en weet hoe je een community bouwt en de samenleving in beweging zet.
  • Je schakelt snel van de ene taak naar de andere, werkt efficiënt en procesgericht.
