Programmamedewerker Migratie 8 uur per week De programmamedewerker maakt onderdeel uit van het team Buiten Beleid. De Programmamedewerker Migratie werkt nauw samen met de programmamanager Migratie, interne beleidsadviseurs, projectleiders, externe onderzoeksbureaus en betrokken stakeholders. Doel van de functie Het begeleiden, toetsen en coördineren van haalbaarheidsonderzoeken naar potentiële opvanglocaties voor vluchtelingen en ontheemden. De programmamedewerker bewaakt de aansluiting op gemeentelijk beleid, bestuurlijke uitgangspunten en lokale werkprocessen en draagt bij aan een zorgvuldige besluitvorming. Resultaatgebieden - 1. Begeleiding van haalbaarheidsonderzoeken - Begeleiden van externe bureaus bij de uitvoering van haalbaarheidsonderzoeken naar potentiële opvanglocaties. - Fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor onderzoeken. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang en tijdige oplevering van onderzoeksresultaten. - 2. Beleidsmatige toetsing - Toetsen van onderzoeksresultaten aan gemeentelijk beleid, wet- en regelgeving en lokale kaders. - Signaleren van knelpunten, risico's en aandachtspunten. - Adviseren over mogelijke vervolgstappen en oplossingsrichtingen. - 3. Bestuurlijke ondersteuning - Opstellen van adviezen, memo's en notities voor management en bestuur. - Voorbereiden van besluitvorming over potentiële opvanglocaties. - Rekening houden met bestuurlijke en politieke belangen en gevoeligheden. - 4. Samenwerking en afstemming - Afstemmen met interne en externe betrokkenen. - Bevorderen van samenwerking tussen verschillende disciplines. - Zorgen voor heldere communicatie over de voortgang van onderzoeken.
