We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - Het secretariaat voert van het woningbouwprogramma en de projectgroep gebiedsontwikkeling - De programmamanager/projectleider ondersteunt en fungeert als sparringpartner - Zorgt voor overzicht, signaleert wat nodig is en bewaakt de voortgang, planning en samenhang - Overleggen, bijeenkomsten en besluitvorming voorbereidt - Knelpunten signaleert en adviseert over mogelijke bijsturing - Verschillende betrokkenen, onderwerpen en belangen verbindt - Bestuurlijke stukken, zoals collegevoorstellen en raadsbrieven opstelt - Nieuwsbrieven opstelt - Inhoudelijk vormgeeft van bijeenkomsten en communicatie - Participatie bijeenkomsten organiseert - De implementatie van MS Project ondersteunt - Collega's van het subteam Wonen ondersteunt bij hun reguliere werkzaamheden Je bent niet alleen iemand die ondersteunt, maar vooral iemand die vooruit denkt, verbanden ziet en initiatief neemt.
