Voor onze plooiafdeling zijn we op zoek naar een Programmeur/Insteller met een passie voor metaalbewerking en techniek. In deze veelzijdige functie zorg je ervoor dat onze machines optimaal zijn ingesteld en geprogrammeerd, zodat elk product nauwkeurig en kwalitatief wordt vervaardigd. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen en krijgt de kans om een belangrijke rol op te nemen binnen onze productie.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Programmeur/Insteller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, programmeren en optimaliseren van een uitgebreid machinepark binnen de plooiafdeling. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde: de instellingen verschillen per product en je denkt voortdurend mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes en kwalitatieve oplossingen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

Instellen, ombouwen en programmeren van plooimachines.

Programma's schrijven, aanpassen en optimaliseren.

Prototypes maken aan de hand van technische tekeningen.

Instelfiches opmaken en up-to-date houden voor nieuwe en bestaande producten.

Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren en kleine herstellingen aan machines organiseren.

Benodigde onderdelen tijdig doorgeven voor bestelling.

Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieunormen.

Mee zorgen voor een ordelijke en nette werkplaats.

Samenwerken met collega's van productie, lasserij, kwaliteit en andere ondersteunende diensten.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd in metaalbewerking, mechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen een productieomgeving.

Je hebt een sterk technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht.

Ervaring met het programmeren en instellen van machines is een must.

Kennis van het buigen en plooien van buizen is mooi meegenomen, of je bent gemotiveerd om dit aan te leren.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.

Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.

Je bent kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbewust.

Je kan goed omgaan met afwisseling en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de planning wijzigt.
