Werk jij graag met CNC-machines en zorg jij ervoor dat alles goed draait, van programmeren tot instellen? In deze functie combineer je techniek met verantwoordelijkheid. Jij zorgt dat producten goed en efficiënt geproduceerd worden en denkt mee over hoe het nóg beter kan.

Je komt te werken bij een technisch productiebedrijf binnen de maakindustrie, gespecialiseerd in CNC-bewerkingen. Er wordt gewerkt met een modern en uitgebreid machinepark en veel aandacht voor kwaliteit en innovatie. De organisatie heeft een nuchtere, informele sfeer, met korte lijnen en collega's die samen de schouders eronder zetten.Wat ga je doen?

Als programmeur / machinesteller houd jij je bezig met het hele proces rondom CNC-bewerking: • Programmeren van producten op CNC-machines (in overleg met collega's) • Instellen en omstellen van machines aan de hand van tekeningen en werkorders • Werken met o.a. meer-assige draaimachines (tot 13-assig) en 5-assige freesmachines • Bewaken van het productieproces en uitvoeren van controles • Oplossen van storingen en meedenken over verbeteringen • Voorbereiden en voorinstellen van gereedschappenWat vragen wij van jou?

• Afgeronde opleiding Allround Verspaner niveau 3 of relevante werkervaring • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie • Ervaring met CNC draaien/frezen en programmeren • Basis automatiseringskennis (o.a. MS Office) • Duits en/of Engels is mooi meegenomenWat bieden wij jou?
