Als Programmeur PCS7 werk je mee aan het beheer, de optimalisatie en de verdere ontwikkeling van de procesautomatisatie op een industriële site in de regio Genk. Je combineert softwarewerk met werkzaamheden in het veld en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie van de installaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Automatisatie & programmering

  • Aanpassen en uitbreiden van bestaande Siemens PCS7-programma's
  • Opsporen en oplossen van softwarefouten binnen PCS7, TIA Portal en Step 7
  • Uitwerken, testen en implementeren van wijzigingen aan besturingssystemen
  • Documenteren van software-aanpassingen en beheren van back-ups
  • Meewerken aan digitaliserings- en Industry 4.0-projecten, zoals condition monitoring en data-analyse

Onderhoud & troubleshooting

  • Lokaliseren en analyseren van storingen binnen automatisatie-, instrumentatie- en elektrische installaties
  • Uitvoeren van correctief, preventief en predictief onderhoud
  • Testen van aanpassingen en ondersteunen bij inbedrijfnames
  • Signaleren van technische risico's en afwijkingen
  • Formuleren van verbeteringsvoorstellen op vlak van veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem
  • Kennis delen met collega's en ondersteuning bieden bij technische vragen

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek, Automatisatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met Siemens PCS7 is een absolute must
  • Goede kennis van TIA Portal en Step 7
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of procesindustrie
  • Kennis van automatisatie, elektriciteit en instrumentatie
  • Je kan elektrische schema's en technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en analytisch
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats
  • Ervaring met Siemens PCS7 is een must
  • Kennis van TIA Portal en Step 7
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving
  • Kennis van automatisatie, elektriciteit en instrumentatie
  • Analytisch en veiligheidsbewust ingesteld
