Implanté dans la région de Liège (Belgique), notre client est un groupe industriel reconnu, spécialisé dans l'usinage de précision, la tôlerie, la découpe laser, la soudure, l'assemblage et la maintenance industrielle. Il intervient auprès de secteurs exigeants tels que l'aéronautique, la défense, la sidérurgie et la construction de machines.

Dans le cadre de son développement, nous recrutons plusieurs **Programmeurs Régleurs CNC** spécialisés en fraisage ou en tournage.

Le poste est basé en Belgique (région de Liège). Les candidatures internationales sont les bienvenues.

Vos missions :

En totale autonomie, vous assurez la fabrication de pièces mécaniques de haute précision, de la programmation jusqu'au contrôle final.

À ce titre, vous serez amené à :

* Lire et interpréter des plans techniques. * Définir les stratégies d'usinage. * Programmer, modifier et optimiser les programmes CNC. * Programmer directement au pupitre (Heidenhain, Mazatrol ou Siemens). * Préparer, monter et régler les machines. * Choisir les outils et les paramètres de coupe. * Réaliser les réglages nécessaires avant production. * Lancer les premières pièces et effectuer les corrections. * Usiner des pièces unitaires, prototypes et petites séries. * Contrôler la conformité des pièces avec les moyens de métrologie. * Participer à l'amélioration continue des procédés d'usinage.

Profil recherché :

Vous possédez une expérience confirmée en programmation et réglage de machines CNC.

Vous maîtrisez idéalement :

* Le fraisage ou le tournage CNC. * La programmation au pupitre. * Les commandes Heidenhain, Mazatrol ou Siemens. * La lecture de plans. * Le contrôle dimensionnel.

Une connaissance de Mastercam ou d'un logiciel de FAO constitue un véritable atout.
