Wil jij als technisch expert de regie voeren over prestigieuze werven bij een bedrijf regio Kortrijk voor een sterk loon volgens de bouwsector?

Als projectleider schrijnwerkerij leid je uitdagende projecten in houten buitenschrijnwerk van de eerste maatname tot de definitieve oplevering in een omgeving waar vakmanschap en kwaliteit centraal staan.

In deze veelzijdige functie draag je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit, veiligheid en het budget van jouw werven. Je vormt de onmisbare schakel tussen het architectenbureau, de productie en de uitvoering op de werf. Als projectleider schrijnwerkerij ben je het gezicht van de technische expertise van hun bedrijf en garandeer je een feilloze afwerking.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in de bouwkunde en hebt een hart voor houten buitenschrijnwerk.
  • Jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden stellen je in staat om vlot te schakelen tussen kantoor, atelier en werf.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, bent stressbestendig en krijgt energie van het succesvol behalen van deadlines.
  • Leidinggeven aan vakmensen en onderaannemers is voor jou een natuurlijke tweede natuur.

  • Analyseren van dossiers en proactief anticiperen op complexe technische uitdagingen in de planning en uitvoering.
  • Opstellen van gedetailleerde uitvoeringsdossiers, inclusief maatnames en technische tekeningen voor de productie.
  • Aansturen en motiveren van eigen ploegen en onderaannemers op de werf voor een optimaal resultaat.
