Als Projectadministrateur binnen onze afdeling Gelderland Infra speel jij een sleutelrol in het beheren en bewaken van de financiële administratie van onze projecten. Dankzij jouw inzicht en adviezen kunnen we niet alleen grip houden op de huidige situatie, maar ook strategische keuzes maken voor de toekomst. Jouw rol In deze functie ben jij dé expert op het gebied van projectadministratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle financiële gegevens kloppen, processen soepel verlopen en rapportages tijdig en accuraat worden opgeleverd. Jouw scherpe analyses helpen de organisatie bij het maken van gefundeerde beslissingen. Wat ga je doen? - Opzetten, beheren en afronden van de projectadministratie; - Werken met precisie binnen een procesgestuurde en projectmatige omgeving; - Analyseren van financiële gegevens en opstellen van rapportages - Beantwoorden van administratieve en financiële vragen van collega's - Verzamelen en verwerken van relevante financiële informatie - Zorgen voor een tijdige en correcte facturatie Organisatie Dit toonaangevende bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in ondergrondse infrastructuur en horizontaal gestuurde boringen.
