Ben jij een getalenteerde en ervaren Project Architect met een passie voor grootschalige en complexe architectuurprojecten? Onze klant is op zoek naar een professionele kracht die het voortouw neemt in het ontwerpen, coördineren en realiseren van grensverleggende projecten in een dynamische en inspirerende omgeving in Limburg (BE). Als Project Architect krijg je de kans om je creativiteit volledig te benutten, nauw samen te werken met partners, en ontwerpvisies van concept tot voltooiing te brengen. Je speelt een sleutelrol binnen het team en zorgt ervoor dat alle aspecten van het ontwerp- en bouwproces naadloos worden uitgevoerd en voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Ze zoeken een Project Architect die beschikt over de volgende kwalificaties en vaardigheden:

  • Een masterdiploma in architectuur, masterplanning, design of een aanverwant veld.
  • Ervaring bij een internationaal gerenommeerd architecten- of ontwerpbureau.
  • Grondige kennis van en vaardigheid in Revit (vereist).
  • Ervaring met complexe en grootschalige projecten.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; kennis van Engels of Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Een diepgaand begrip van het ontwerpproces en het vermogen om inspirerende architectonische ontwerpen te creëren.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, inclusief coördinatie met adviseurs en waarborging van de ontwerpkwaliteit.
  • Het vermogen om documentatie, tekeningen, modellen en schema's te ontwikkelen die van toepassing zijn op het gehele ontwerp- en bouwproces.
  • Goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden met bewezen vermogen om in een team te werken binnen een complexe en internationale omgeving.
