Project Architect 's-Gravenhage Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig begeleiden en coördineren van architectuurprojecten. - Vertalen van ontwerpen naar technisch uitvoerbare plannen. - Opstellen en uitwerken van plattegronden, details en technische tekeningen. - Aansturen en afstemmen met interne collega's, adviseurs en externe partijen. - Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van projecten. - Toetsen van ontwerpen aan wet- en regelgeving, bouwbesluit en technische randvoorwaarden. - Actief meedenken over technische oplossingen en ontwerpoptimalisaties. - Werken in Archicad en Adobe. Bedrijfsinformatie Voor een gerenommeerd architectenbureau in de regio Den Haag zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch Projectarchitect. In deze rol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over uiteenlopende projecten en begeleid je deze van voorlopig ontwerp tot en met de technische uitwerking en realisatie. Je bent niet alleen betrokken bij het ontwerp, maar ook bij de technische vertaling ervan. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, adviseurs en opdrachtgevers en bent in staat om zelfstandig projecten te coördineren. Daarbij houd je altijd oog voor kwaliteit, haalbaarheid en de wensen van de opdrachtgever. Wat breng jij mee? - HBO of WO Bouwkunde of Architectuur. - Circa 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als Projectarchitect, Technisch Architect of BIM Projectleider. - Je bent in staat zelfstandig projecten te leiden. - Je beschikt over sterke bouwkundige en technische kennis. - Ervaring met het maken van plattegronden, detailleringen en technische uitwerkingen. - Kennis van bouwregelgeving en ruimtelijke vraagstukken. - Ervaring met Archicad; kennis van Adobe is een pré. - Je bent communicatief sterk, schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende stakeholders en werkt graag samen. - Salaris tussen €3.800 en €5.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Een afwisselende functie met veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid. - Projecten waarin architectu...
