Binnen deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de alledaagse zaken en vervul je een uitdagende, zelfstandige rol als rechterhand van de manager. HOE ZIET JOUW WERKDAG ERUIT? Als project assistent bij onze opdrachtgever is geen dag saai! Je houdt je bezig met de dagelijkse zaken zoals agenda- en mailboxbeheer, archiveren en het inhoudelijk behandelen van e-mails. Daarnaast draai je mee bij externe projecten en teambeheer. Je biedt ondersteuning bij gemeentelijke vergunningaanvragen en houdt de deadlines van projectontwikkelingen in de gaten. Verder vergaar je informatie via diverse bronnen, stel je huurlijsten op en verzamel je alle overige documenten voor de taxaties. Je controleert juridische documenten en past deze aan waar nodig. Ook plan je in- en externe afspraken in en bereid je deze voor. Documenten archiveer je van papier naar digitaal en je behandelt de externe correspondentie voor de directie, waarbij je de e-mails telefonisch met hen doorneemt. HERKEN JIJ JEZELF IN DIT PROFIEL? - Jij bent in het bezit van een hbo diploma. - Minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen vastgoed. - Ruime ervaring met MS Office. - Scherpe blik op juridische documenten is een pré. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift. - Communicatief sterk, neemt initiatief en bent punctueel. DE FEITEN OP EEN RIJ - Bruto maandsalaris van € 3.500,00 tot €4.500,00 op fulltime basis. - Beschikbaarheid van 32 - 40 uur per week. - Direct een contract bij de opdrachtgever met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. - Dynamische omgeving met een informele en collegiale werksfeer. - Voldoende mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen. - Iedere vrijdag een vrijmibo en met regelmaat georganiseerde uitjes.
