Voor een groeiende specialist in de bouwsector in de regio Gent, actief binnen een gespecialiseerde markt. Dit bedrijf combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, klantgerichtheid en verdere groei.

Voor dit team zoeken we een Project Coördinator die graag de touwtjes in handen neemt. Van het eerste klantencontact en plaatsbezoek tot offerte, planning en oplevering: je beheert jouw eigen dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat elk project vlot verloopt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Project Coördinator behandel je inkomende aanvragen en voer je intakegesprekken om de noden van klanten helder in kaart te brengen
  • Je gaat regelmatig op locatie voor plaatsbezoeken en opmetingen en verzamelt alle nodige informatie om projecten correct voor te bereiden
  • Op basis van jouw bevindingen werk je offertes uit, volgt deze actief op en begeleid je dossiers verder richting bestelling
  • Van zodra een project van start gaat, stem je af met de uitvoerende teams en zorg je voor een vlotte planning en coördinatie
  • Je volgt jouw projecten zelfstandig op tot en met de oplevering en fungeert daarbij als aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als interne collega's
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische opleiding
  • Technisch inzicht is een mooie basis, maar vooral jouw bereidheid om je snel in een gespecialiseerd product en vakgebied te verdiepen is belangrijk
  • Je bent communicatief en commercieel ingesteld en krijgt energie van contact met zowel klanten als interne collega's
