In verband met verdere professionalisering en groei van de organisatie van onze opdrachtgever zoeken wij een Project Coördinator Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: • Plant, bewaakt en coördineert de uitvoering van verschillende (internationale) orders vanaf contract overdracht tot en met oplevering. • Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van en laten uitvoeren volgens een projectplanning. • Communiceert en bewaakt intern in onderling overleg met de hoofden van de afdelingen de voortgang van project gerichte productie, inkoop, logistiek, product ontwikkeling, engineering mechanisch en elektrisch. Communiceert intern met commerciële en financiële disciplines. • Toezicht houden op en controleren van de project kosten. • Toezicht houden op project gerelateerde financiële zaken als LC's en bankgaranties. • Verantwoordelijk voor project facturering en betaling. • Opstellen en afhandelen van order gerelateerde meer- en minderwerken. • Het coördineren van klant klachten en garanties. • Coördineert met de afdeling montage de inzet van Supervisors en In Bedrijf Stellers. • Communiceert met klanten m.b.t. de coördinatie van het project. • Communiceert met lokale agenten of andere lokale partijen met betrekking tot de uit te voeren werkzaamheden. • Project evaluatie na oplevering. Profielschets van de geschikte kandidaat: • Bij voorkeur enkele jaren werkervaring in een coördinerende technische functie. • Opleiding op HBO niveau, in een technische richting (WTB of E). • Klantgerichte instelling, commercieel gevoel, inlevingsvermogen in andere culturen. • Sterke persoonlijkheid, coöperatieve instelling, initiatiefrijk, gedreven, open en eerlijk, hands-on, gemotiveerde en flexibele werkinstelling zowel naar de interne organisatie als extern. • Kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. • Kennis van de Duitse, Franse en of Spaanse taal is een voordeel. • Bereidheid om incidenteel naar het buitenland te reizen...
