Samen met ongeveer 90 collega's in 20 kantoren zetten we elke dag alles op alles om onze Let's Work VIPES verder te verspreiden. Volharden, Initiatief, Positiviteit, Echt en SamenWerken, kietelen onze Let's Work waarden ook aan jouw tenen?

Bij Let's Work zijn we niet zomaar een HR-partner voor onze klanten. We bouwen aan duurzame samenwerkingen en strategische personeelsoplossingen. Daarom zoeken we een Project consultant. Enkele jaren ervaring in de uitzendsector is dan ook sterk aangewezen, evenwel geen absolute must.

In deze rol werk je exclusief voor één van onze vaste klanten, een langdurige en gewaardeerde partner van Let's Work. Je slaat de brug tussen de klant en de uitzendkrachten: je denkt proactief mee en adviseert vanuit jouw expertise.

Jouw rol als Project Consultant

  • Aanspreekpunt – Je bouwt een sterke vertrouwensrelatie op met de klant en fungeert als HR-expert en sparringpartner. Als jouw manager er niet is, ben jij het rechtstreekse aanspreekpunt voor de klant.
  • Talentendetector – Je detecteert talent, interviewt kandidaten en begeleidt hen in hun opstart en tewerkstellingsperiode via interim.
  • HR-administrator – Je beheert contracten, opstartdocumenten en medische onderzoeken met precisie.
  • Planner & coördinator – Je werkt nauw samen met de klant en collega's om een efficiënte personeelsplanning op te stellen.
  • Ervaring & maturiteit – Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen onze sector, bij voorkeur in het werken met dedicated klanten of met een inhouse.
  • Rekruteren blijft voor jou als het ontdekken van nieuwe vibes, vol diversiteit en persoonlijke flair.
  • Sterke communicator – Je weet hoe je met verschillende stakeholders vlot kan schakelen en kan overtuigend adviseren.
  • Flexibel & oplossingsgericht – Je ziet uitdagingen als kansen en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Talenkennis – Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot en hebt een goede kennis Engels. Dit hoeft niet perfect te zijn, maar vooral de durf om het te spreken is belangrijk.
  • Nauwkeurig & gestructureerd – Administratie en prestatiecontrole verlopen bij jou foutloos.
  • Tegenslagen zie je als interessante twists. Je bent een positivo en zoekt naar oplossingen om van de ‘min' een ‘win' te maken.
