Voor onze klant, actief in Projectconsultancy zijn we steeds op zoek naar gemotiveerde professionals die van afwisseling houden en hun expertise willen inzetten binnen diverse organisaties.

Of je nu een krak bent in cijfers, een administratieve duizendpoot in HR of een ster in klantcontact; er wordt gekeken voor een project dat bij jouw ervaring en ambities past.

  • Uitvoeren van diverse opdrachten op projectbasis binnen jouw specifiek vakdomein (Accountancy, HR of Customer Service)
  • Beheren van de volledige administratie van A tot Z voor een toegewezen klantenportfolio (Accountancy)
  • Verzorgen van de jaarafsluit en complexe eindejaarverrichtingen bij diverse klanten (Accountancy)
  • Beheren van de personeelsadministratie en voorbereiden van de payroll voor verschillende organisaties (HR)
  • Toepassen van sociale wetgeving om correcte HR-ondersteuning te bieden (HR)
  • Fungeren als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en het verlenen van hoogwaardige service (Customer Service)
  • Werken met diverse softwarepakketten zoals Salesforce, SAP of Odoo om processen vlot te trekken (Customer Service)
  • Proactief meedenken over procesoptimalisaties bij de verschillende projectgevers (Accountancy, HR of Customer Service)
  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardig diploma binnen een relevant domein
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie (voor Customer Service rollen)
  • Grondige kennis van eindejaarverrichtingen of salarisadministratie, afhankelijk van je focus
  • Sterke talenkennis: vloeiend in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (vooral voor HR en Customer Service)
  • Flexibele ingesteldheid ten aanzien van verplaatsingen (maximaal 45 minuten) en wisselende sectoren
  • Leergierige houding en de bereidheid om continu opleidingen te volgen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en de gedrevenheid om projecten succesvol af te ronden
  • Grote betrokkenheid bij zowel de eindklant als de eigen organisatie
