Als Project Consultant Business werk je op projectbasis bij verschillende bedrijven waar jouw veelzijdige ondersteuning écht het verschil maakt. Je krijgt meteen een boeiende eerste opdracht binnen een business-omgeving, en groeit daarna verder via nieuwe projecten die aansluiten bij jouw ervaring, ambities en talenten. Geen standaard administratieve functie dus, maar een carrière waarin variatie, ontwikkeling en uitdaging centraal staan. Je combineert de zekerheid van een vast contract met de dynamiek van consultancy.

Operationele & administratieve ondersteuning

  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse bedrijfswerking
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van administratieve dossiers
  • Beheren en up-to-date houden van klanten- en leveranciersgegevens in CRM-systemen
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning van teams en management
  • Opvolgen van interne processen en zorgen voor een vlotte workflow

HR & people support

  • Ondersteunen bij onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Mee opvolgen van personeelsdossiers
  • Helpen bij het plannen en coördineren van interne communicatie rond HR-processen
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkersvragen
  • Ondersteunen van HR-teams bij diverse operationele taken

Commerciële ondersteuning

  • Ondersteunen van het sales- en accountteam
  • Opvolgen van klantencontacten en offertes
  • Meehelpen aan het optimaliseren van klantentevredenheid
  • Inbrengen van ideeën om commerciële processen te verbeteren
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en vlotte interne en externe communicatie
  • Je bent flexibel, ondernemend en leergierig
  • Je haalt energie uit afwisseling en nieuwe uitdagingen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en bent consultant-minded
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht ingesteld
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor of master, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in administratie, HR-support, customer service of commerciële ondersteuning is een plus
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van Excel en digitale tools
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen is een troef
  • Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen binnen een straal van 45 à 60 minuten
