Als Project Consultant bij Unique Career werk je op verschillende projecten bij verschillende bedrijven. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld aan de slag binnen HR, administratie, customer service, sales, logistiek, marketing of communicatie.

Je leert snel bij, ontmoet veel nieuwe collega's en doet op korte tijd heel wat ervaring op. En dat allemaal met de zekerheid van een vast contract, een aantrekkelijk loon en een bedrijfswagen.

Wat ga je doen als Project Consultant?

Elke opdracht is anders. Je werkt telkens voor een bepaalde periode bij een klant en ondersteunt er het team waar nodig.

Afhankelijk van jouw interesses en ervaring kun je bijvoorbeeld:

  • administratieve taken opnemen;
  • klanten en collega's verder helpen via telefoon of mail;
  • ondersteunen binnen HR en personeelsadministratie;
  • meewerken aan sales- of marketingprojecten;
  • instaan voor planning en opvolging;
  • processen en databanken beheren;
  • ondersteunen bij communicatie en office management.

Je hoeft dus nog niet precies te weten welke richting je uit wilt. Via verschillende projecten ontdek je waar jouw talenten en interesses liggen.

Daarnaast krijg je begeleiding tijdens je volledige traject. Via de Unique Career Academy krijg je opleidingen en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden om stap voor stap te groeien van Trainee Consultant naar Expert Consultant.

Wie ben jij?

Je hoeft geen jaren ervaring te hebben om bij ons te starten. We zoeken vooral iemand die graag wil leren en zich gemakkelijk aanpast.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt je goed behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
  • Een eerste ervaring in HR, administratie, customer service, sales of een gelijkaardige functie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om opdrachten te doen binnen ongeveer één uur rijden van je woonplaats.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met MS Office en hebt nieuwe programma's snel onder de knie.
  • Je bent sociaal, flexibel en zelfstandig.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en vindt het leuk om telkens een nieuwe werkomgeving te ontdekken.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen.
