Over Assusoft

Assusoft is gespecialiseerd in de uitwisseling van payroll-gegevens tussen werkgevers en verzekeraars, via het gelijknamige in-house ontwikkelde pakket ‘Assusoft’. De Assusoft applicatie wordt volledig op maat van onze klanten opgebouwd en is hierdoor uniek in zijn soort.

Assusoft heeft een samenwerking met alle grote payroll providers en verzekeraars in België, en kan steunen op referenties van talrijke grote en kleine ondernemingen. Momenteel hebben wij een 500-tal klanten, met een consistente jaarlijkse groei.

Het bedrijf is gevestigd in een modern kantoor op de grens Lier/Duffel.

Ter versterking van ons team van een 30-tal personen, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een nieuwe collega.

Functieomschrijving

Je komt terecht in het Assusoft Development Team, onder leiding van een ervaren collega. De eerste maanden bestaan uit interne opleidingen waarbij je afwisselend in verschillende projecten betrokken zal worden om concrete opdrachten uit te voeren. Na deze opleiding zal je gaandeweg ingeschakeld worden in grotere opdrachten, waarbij je uiteindelijk verantwoordelijk zal worden voor het volledige beheer van een project.

Enkele aspecten van de jobinhoud:

- Configureren van de software voor nieuwe klanten, of implementeren van extra modules voor bestaande klanten.

- Klanten assisteren en begeleiden bij vragen in verband met de software en actief op zoek gaan naar

nieuwe opportuniteiten waarbij onze software een meerwaarde kan bieden.

- Analyseren van functionele vraagstukken van klanten/verzekeraars.

- Uitwerken van voorstellen ter verbetering en uitbreiding van de software. Hierbij sta je in nauw contact

met het IT-team dat de software continu verder ontwikkelt.

- Kritisch analyseren en verfijnen van de bestaande werkmethodes binnen Assusoft.

❑ Je behaalde een master, bij voorkeur in een economische of wetenschappelijke richting (vb. Handelswetenschappen, TEW, Handelsingenieur), of in een andere richting mits een sterke interesse in technisch-analytisch werk.

❑ Je hebt minimum enkele jaren werkervaring.

❑ Je beschikt over een analytische geest en bent in staat om complexe problemen gestructureerd aan te pakken.

❑ Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, en een goede kennis van het Frans.

❑ Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en communicatief.

❑ Affiniteit met (groeps)verzekeringen en/of kennis van loonadministratie is een pluspunt.

❑ Je bent bereid je te verdiepen in de mogelijkheden van ons eigen softwarepakket.
